Punjab Board of Revenue (South) Bahawalpur — Invitation for Bids (Framework Contracts for FY 2026-27)

The Government of the Punjab, Board of Revenue (South Punjab), Bahawalpur invites sealed bids from registered companies/firms/suppliers for framework contracts to supply goods and provide third-party services for the Financial Year 2026-27. Bids are invited under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement/EPADS portal.

Key dates & submission: Bids must be submitted online via EPADS by 11:00 a.m. on 2026-06-18. Technical bids will be opened online the same day at 11:30 a.m.

How to apply: Submit Technical Bid along with the Financial Bid (inclusive of all applicable government taxes/dues) through EPADS: https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.

Bid security & guarantees: Bid security: 5% of total estimated cost (for each lot interested to apply) in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favour of Assistant Secretary (General), Board of Revenue South Punjab. Successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount.

Eligibility & required documents: Firms must provide the following with their Technical Bid: bid security; CDR/Bank Draft; affidavit on stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any procuring agency; bank certificate/statement, balance sheet and evidence of financial soundness; proof of NTN, Income Tax and General Sales Tax registration; Professional Tax Certificate and company profile; and signed & stamped acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in the tender documents.

Governing rules: Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 as amended up to 2024.
