SSIC Invites Bids to Lease Commercial Premises at AM-310 Preedy Street, Saddar Karachi

Sindh Small Industries Corporation (Government of Sindh) invites sealed bids for leasing its commercial premises at the SSIC Head Office, AM-310 Preedy Street, Saddar, Karachi. Available areas are Ground Floor (2,313 sq. ft.) and First Floor (6,104 sq. ft.). Interested parties may inspect the premises during working hours (Monday–Friday) before submitting bids.

Bids must be submitted as sealed single-stage single-envelope offers and each must be accompanied by refundable security equal to 5% of the quoted amount, payable by Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of SSIC. Submission deadline: 06-08-2022, 12:00 PM; bids will be opened the same day at 01:00 PM in the presence of bidders.
