Issuer: Punjab Highways Department (Executive Engineer Highways Division, Mandi Bahauddin). Competitive e-tenders are invited from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors/firms (relevant category/codes) for special repair and dualization road works in Mandi Bahauddin. Contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-tendering/PPRA portal and comply with the PPRA rules cited in the notice.
Key submission and eligibility requirements:
- PEC registration in the relevant category/codes is mandatory.
- Contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-tendering/PPRA website prior to bidding.
