MES Tender: Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Bases — DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala

Military Engineer Services (DW&CE PAF), Chaklala invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1) for provision of certain facilities at PAF bases. Tenders will be issued to pre-qualified firms/contractors; submissions must meet listed eligibility and documentation requirements.

Eligibility & required documents: Firms registered with PEC in the relevant field; furnish work orders, locations and photos of completed projects with satisfactory completion certificates, list of personnel, bank statements, NTN certificate, income tax returns for last three years. Contractors must provide a certificate of no litigation with any government department and that no special report of the Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding. Additional conditions: enlisted with PEC Category C to A with validity at least up to Jun 2024; preferably enlisted with MES in Category A; non-enlisted firms must provide 2% bid security (refundable); no outstanding DII&E recoveries.

Submission & opening: Tenders to be received at HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala by 11:30 hours on 2026-06-17. Tenders will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours.

Other details: Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders as per PPRA rules. Procuring documents will be made available on request, subject to payment if any.
