Application procedure & fees
Application forms are available on the HMC website and must be submitted to the HR Department, MTI-HMC, Peshawar. Application fee must be paid by bank draft / payment order in favor of Hospital Director MTI-HMC or via direct deposit at the Bank of Khyber (HMC Branch). Fee schedule: Posts 01–03 = PKR 2,000 (non-refundable); Posts 04–06 = PKR 1,000 (non-refundable); Post 07 = PKR 500 (non-refundable).
Documents & deadline
Submit single-page application with complete bio-data, academic and experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, and 02 recent passport-size photographs. Attested photocopies must accompany the application. Applications must reach the HR Department within 15 days of the advertisement's publication. Original documents will be required at interview.
Notes
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Government servants may apply through proper channel and must provide NOC from the parent department at time of interview. MTI-HMC is an equal opportunity employer. No TA/DA will be admissible for tests/interviews.
