Khyber Medical University (KMU), Peshawar invites sealed tenders through the E-PADS system from well-established parties/contractors/firms duly registered with KPRA, Income Tax (on ACTIVE TAXPAYERS LIST of FBR & KPRA), Sales Tax and Excise & Taxation Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The tender covers the following items/services:

Important submission and procedure details:
- All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) on or before 11:00 AM on 2026-06-29. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
- Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-06-29 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
- A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-16 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of KMU.
- Bid security in the shape of a CDR in favor of the Treasurer must be uploaded on E-PADS and the original hard copy submitted to the office of the Chairman Purchase Committee, KMU, Phase-V, Hayatabad, Peshawar before the e-bid submission deadline. Failure to submit original bid security within the deadline will result in rejection of the bid.
- Detailed terms & conditions, specifications and other relevant details are available on the E-PADS portal. Only registered bidders on E-PADS are eligible to participate.
