• Registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities (provable).

• Affidavit on non-judicial stamp declaring no blacklisting, no litigation or insolvency etc., as required by the tender document.
• Bid validity: 90 days.

• Bids not accompanied by the required bid security or not meeting terms/conditions will be rejected; conditional bids are not acceptable.
