WSSC Abbottabad Tender: Fabrication of 7m³ Compactor (Chassis Provided)

Issuer: Water and Sanitation Services Company (WSSC), Abbottabad (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa). WSSC invites sealed tenders from licensed/certified fabricators registered with PEC (applicable category and above) with specialized fabrication code ME-06, valid NTN and KPRA registration and active filing status for fabrication of specified vehicle/equipment under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement rules (single-stage, two-envelope method) via EPADS.

- Tender documents: Available from the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, WSSC Abbottabad (working days 09:00–17:00) from date of publication until closing on presentation of tender fee Rs. 2,000 in the name of 'Chief Executive Officer WSSCA'. - Bid security: 4% of the bid value must be uploaded on EPADS with the bid; the original must be delivered to the office of the Chief Executive Officer, WSSC Abbottabad before closing time. Additional bid security rules per KPPRA Notification SRO(14)/Vol-I-24/2021-22 dated 10-May-2022 (or latest) apply.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-15 at 11:00 AM in the office of WSSC.

- Submission deadline: Tender must be uploaded through EPADS before 11:30 AM on 2026-06-29. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders/their representatives.

- Quoted rates validity: 90/120 days from the date of bid closing (as stated in the tender).

- Taxes, duties and other charges: Quoted bids must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, levies and duties.
