| Experience | Minimum 10 years in the banking sector, including at least 5 years as Branch Manager/Area Manager. Preference to candidates with experience supervising branch network in Peshawar / Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. |
| Key Responsibilities | Development of branch business to ensure sustained increase in lending, deposits and outreach; supervise branch network (~25 branches); oversee credit & business policy execution; lead disbursement, recovery and other business targets; liaison with agriculture sector stakeholders and government agriculture departments; ensure operational efficiency, AML/CFT/KYC compliance and branch performance reviews. |
| Eligibility / Other Criteria | Maximum age 50 years as on closing date. Market-competitive remuneration. Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and teamwork skills required.
