Tender Notice: Supply of Uniforms/Liveries for Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Issuer: Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Sealed tenders are invited from Sales Tax and Income Tax registered firms/suppliers for the purchase and supply of uniforms/liveries for various categories of staff of the Provincial Assembly Secretariat.

Scope: Supply of uniforms/liveries for multiple staff categories including Sergeant-at-Arms, Assistant Sergeant-at-Arms, Deputy Sergeant-at-Arms, Junior and Senior Security Assistants, Senior Security Guards, Dispatch Riders, Drivers, Chowkidar, Naib Qasid, Supervisors, Sweepers, Office Boys, Waiters, Bearers, Photographers, Electrician, Air-Conditioner Technician, and other listed staff positions.

Eligibility and requirements:

• Only firms registered for Sales Tax and Income Tax may apply.
• Attested photocopies of Sales Tax Registration Certificate and Professional Tax Certificate must be attached with the tender.
• Samples of the items must be provided with the tender; tenders without samples will be rejected.
• Income Tax and Sales Tax at prescribed rates will be deducted from the bills of the successful tenderer.
• Tenders must be completed within the stipulated period as specified in the tender document.
• Incomplete or late tenders will not be entertained. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
