Office of the Director General, Upper Swat Development Authority (USDA), Shagai Saidu Sharif invites sealed bids under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure (KPPRA Rules 2014) to outsource camping pods at Gabin Jabba (Tehsil Matta) and Bishigram (Tehsil Bahrain), Swat, for a period of 5 years (extendable up to 10 years with a 10% annual increase in lease amount).

| Bid Security & Financial Requirements | Earnest money of PKR 100,000 (original) plus surety bonds amounting to PKR 5,000,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Director General, USDA. An affidavit is mandatory in the technical bid (without indicating the figure); earnest money to be placed in the financial bid. |
| Submission & Opening | Bids must be complete and submitted in accordance with the advertised timelines: bids to reach the USDA office by 2:00 PM within fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance of the tender notice. Bids will be opened at 2:00 PM on the same day in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives. |
