Pakistan Navy Open Tender – Annual Contracts for VSD Karachi (Closing 2026-06-18)

Pakistan Navy (Office of the Commander Depot Group - COMDEP) invites bids from GST/Income Tax registered firms/suppliers for annual supply contracts to the VSD at Karachi. Milk Powder (Full Cream) bids must follow Para 36(b) of PPRA Rules 2004 (single stage, two-envelope procedure). Delivery is by suppliers on their own arrangements. Important submission & financial conditions: Bidders must attach earnest money in the form of a pay order in favor of COMDEP Welfare and Improvement Fund, A/C 01700103296198 (Meezan Bank), with technical quotations. Offers without the pay order will not be entertained.

Tender schedule: Tender documents to be issued on 2026-06-02. Sealed bids will be received up to 11:00 AM on 2026-06-18 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-06-18 at the COMDEP office.
