EPADS Tender — Beautification & Infrastructure Works in Charsadda (UC Sheikho, Gardai, Doshehra, Ranjari-1, Utmanzai) — Closing 2026-06-25

Local Government & Rural Development (LG&RDD), THQ Charsadda invites e-bids through EPADS on a single-stage two-envelope basis from government contractors enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the C&W Department under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Sealed tenders are for beautification and related infrastructure improvement works in various union councils of District Charsadda.

Key Instructions & Conditions

- Bidding documents are available for download from the official EPADS portal after publication of the NIT. Bids must be submitted through EPADS.

- A scanned copy of required documents must be uploaded at the time of e-bidding. Cutting or overwriting in bids will not be accepted.

- Technical bids will be opened and evaluated in accordance with the Tender Evaluation Criteria (BDS). Bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and meet eligibility criteria specified in the bidding documents.

- Call deposit (CDR) / bid security in the shape and amount specified (Rs. 2,000,000) shall be submitted as required; details and format are provided in bidding documents. Bidders who have already deposited security in EPADS should follow EPADS instructions.

- Bids must remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of bids.
