KP Culture & Tourism Authority E-Tender: Innovative Intervention in Tourism Sector (ePAK/EPADS)

Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority (KPC&TA), Olympic Plaza, Peshawar Sports Complex, Stadium Road, Peshawar Cantt.

Purpose: Competitive e-tendering under ADP Code No. 1858 / 251487 (2025-26) for the project titled “Innovative Intervention in Tourism Sector” to establish a KP Smart Tourism Command & Monitoring System (STCMS) at CTA Headquarters, Peshawar. Eligible firms/companies/service providers are invited to submit bids through the EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform.

Key terms & requirements:

- Submission method: Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS platform. Hard copies are not accepted for primary submission.

- Deadline for electronic submission: 2026-06-22 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-15 at 02:00 PM in the conference hall of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority.

- Bid security: Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the quoted amount must be submitted as bid security and submitted as a separate CDR for each package in favor of KPC&TA Fund Account. The original CDR must be submitted to the KPC&TA office before or on the bid submission deadline; a scanned copy must be uploaded on EPADS.

- Eligibility: Valid/renewed registration and relevant certificates (tax registration/NTN, KPRA/STRN or SECP certificate where applicable); firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List. Bidders must submit affidavits or notarized statements as required in the bidding documents.

- Documents & fee: Bidding documents must be obtained/downloaded through EPADS. If a hard copy is required, a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 may apply. Incomplete bids or late submissions will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
