Tender Notice — E-PADs: 44 Water Supply & Sanitation Schemes | Public Health Engineering Division Haripur

Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Haripur invites electronic bids through the E-PADs system under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for multiple water supply and sanitation construction and rehabilitation packages for the 2025–26 year. Works cover new construction, rehabilitation, replacement and extension of water supply schemes, tube wells, WSS and sanitation works across Tehsils and UC areas in Haripur and adjacent northern districts.

Bids are solicited from eligible firms/contractors in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) Rules and E-PAD regulations. Each package shows an estimated cost, 2% bid security (of the estimated cost), applicable tender fee and required contractor category.
