Eligibility: Firms must not be blacklisted/debarred by any government/semi-government/public department. Bids without original bid security (Pay Order / CDR / Demand Draft / Bank Guarantee) will be rejected. Bid security/fees to be paid in favor of "Punjab Central Business District Development Authority." Requests for tender documents must clearly state "Request for Tender documents" and specify the NAME OF WORK.
Submission instructions: Submit sealed bids on prescribed forms available with the tender documents. Bids will be opened after the stated closing time. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or cancel the bidding process at any time prior to acceptance.
