DUET Tender: Procurement of Lab Equipment for Industrial Engineering & Management (EPADS)

Dawood University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Karachi invites online bids on the SPPRA EPADS portal for procurement of laboratory equipment for the Department of Industrial Engineering & Management. Bids must be submitted in accordance with SPP Rules 2010 (amended) via the EPADS portal.

Eligibility: Income Tax, GST, NTN and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) registered firms as per SPPRA Rule 46(a)(iii) are eligible. Method of procurement is Single Stage One Envelope (technical & financial both) as per SPP Rules 2010 (amended).

How to apply/bid: Bidding documents can be downloaded and submitted on the SPPRA EPADS Portal: https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. Bidders are advised to register on the EPADS portal (https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/sppp/user/registration). A hard copy of the bidding document and required supporting documents must also be furnished as per bid submission instructions. Required Bid Security and Tender Fee (non-refundable) should be furnished in the appropriate form (Pay Order / Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft) in favour of Dawood University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Karachi.

Rejection conditions: Conditional or telegraphic bids, bids not accompanied by bid security and tender fee, late bids, unsigned bids, bids without required supporting documents, or bids from blacklisted firms (unless affidavit clarifying status is provided as required) will be rejected.
