Walton Cantonment Board Lahore — E-Bidding Invitation for Repair of MF-375 Tractors (Qty 2)

Issuer: Cantonment Executive Officer, Walton Cantonment Board, Lahore. The Board invites online/electronic bids through the E-Pak Acceptance & Disposal System (https://eprocure.gov.pk) under PPRA Rules for repair work for government-owned tractors. Eligible original equipment manufacturers, authorized dealers or registered suppliers (active taxpayers with Income Tax / Sales Tax registration and adequate past experience) may submit bids.

Scope / Items:

Eligibility & Conditions:

- Only vendors registered on E-PPAS and eligible under PPRA Rules may participate. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax departments and be active taxpayers.

- Bids must be submitted electronically by completing and authenticating the e-Bid (uploading required PDF documents) on the eprocure portal.

- Each bid must be accompanied by a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the estimated cost in favour of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Walton Cantonment Board. Original CDRs must be submitted by courier before the closing date and time.

- Electronic bids will be valid for 30 (thirty) days. Rates shall be inclusive of FOR destination. Taxes and duties will be applied as per law.
