Scope of Work: Repair & renovation of Federal Lodge (Chamba House) at Lahore (Special Head: Additional Works).

Eligibility: Bidders registered on EPADS v2.0, registered with Income Tax Authorities as Active Tax Payers, and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category with specialized codes CE-09 & CE-10.

Submission Instructions: Bidders must upload scanned copies of mandatory documents on EPADS v2.0. E-bids prepared per e-Bidding instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-06-10 up to 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

Bid Opening: E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at Estate Office Management, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, F-6/1, Islamabad.

Bid Security: Original bid security in the shape of CDR/Banker’s Cheque in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Estate Office Management, Islamabad must reach the office of the Assistant Director (Civil), Estate Office Management, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, F-6/1, Islamabad any time during office hours before the online submission deadline, otherwise the respective bid will not be opened.
