PESCO e-Bids for Disposal of Public Assets (Vehicles) – Bid Closing 2026-06-18

Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) – Disposal Directorate, Peshawar.

Purpose: Invitation to submit e-bids through EPADS v2.0 for the disposal of public assets (primarily vehicles and motor equipment). The disposal is open to interested firms/companies including individuals, sole proprietorships, partnership firms, private/public limited companies, holding companies, state-owned enterprises, NGOs/NPOs and IGOs.

Key dates and submission method:

• Bid closing date & time (submission deadline via EPADS v2.0): 2026-06-18 at 10:30 (for all lots).
• Bid opening date & time: 2026-06-18 at 11:00 (for all lots).
• All bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS v2.0 by the stipulated closing time. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted.

Assets and pricing: Multiple lots of vehicles and motorcycles (numerous lots listed) with reserve prices ranging from small motorcycles to trucks and utility vehicles. Each lot shows a specified reserve price and corresponding bid security amount. Full lot list with vehicle numbers, make/type, location and reserve price is published on EPADS and PESCO/PPRA websites.

Bid security and payment:

• Earnest money / bid security against each lot must be submitted in original (Pay Order / Bank Draft) in favor of “PESCO Sale Proceeds Account”.
• Original pay order/bank draft must be deposited at the office of Manager (Disposal), PESCO Headquarters (House No. 306), Peshawar before the closing date and time.

Eligibility and compliance:

• Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and provide NTN and Sales Tax registration where applicable, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
• Only bidders with valid EPADS registration and required documentation will be eligible to bid. Non-submission of required/valid documents may lead to rejection.

Other important terms:

• PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable PPRA rules. The auction/sale is on an “as is, where is” basis.
