Tender Notice — Supplies, Services & Equipment (IFB No. 06/LRH/2026) | Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar

Lady Reading Hospital (Medical Teaching Institution - MTI), Peshawar (IFB No. 06/LRH/2026) invites bids through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) from firms registered with Income/Sales Tax and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Tender documents must be uploaded on the EPADS portal on or before the respective submission dates (see table below) at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same days in the presence of bidders or their representatives in the Committee Room/ADH Office. Bid security must be submitted from the account of the bidding firm in favor of the Hospital Director, Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar.

• Firms must be registered with KPPRA EPADS and upload clear scanned copies of bids, CDRs and other required documents via EPADS.
• Original CDR/Bank Guarantee and tender fee receipt must be submitted to the Hospital before the tender opening. CDR/Bank Guarantee in original will be accepted as bid security.
• Non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000 (Five Thousand) to be deposited in MCB Bank (LRH Receipts A/C No. 0847608141003952) prior to submission. Separate fee should be submitted with each tender.
• Any bid materially incomplete or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
