NHA Invitation to e-Bids: O&M of 5 Police Picket Fee Collection Packages on Motorways & Expressway

National Highway Authority (Finance Wing - Revenue Directorate), Government of Pakistan invites electronic bids (e-Bids) from eligible bidders for Operation & Management (O&M) of five (05) packages of Police Picket Fee Collection (PFC) units on motorways and an expressway. Contracts cover operation of PFC units until 30-06-2027.

Key eligibility & participation requirements

- Bidders must have an active NTN and be an active taxpayer registered with FBR.
- Bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration as applicable to financial limits fixed by PEC.
- Bidders must not be defaulters on NHA revenue or blacklisted/debarred by any government agency.
- Bidding will follow the Single-Stage Two-Envelope procurement procedure; bidders must submit technical and financial proposals as required and provide bid security as specified in bidding documents.
