Issuer: Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC). Shareholders who have unclaimed cash dividends and unclaimed share certificates (including Bonus and Right shares) declared by SSGC are requested to submit their claims.
Purpose: To collect valid claims for unclaimed dividends and share certificates appearing on the Company website (www.ssgc.com.pk) and held unclaimed or unpaid for a period of three years from the date they first became due and payable.
Action required: Shareholders must lodge fresh claims within 90 days from the date of this notice by submitting required documents and proof of entitlement to the Company Share Registrar at the address below. If no valid claims are received within the stated period, SSGC will proceed to deposit the unclaimed dividends with the Federal Government pursuant to Section 244(2) of the Companies Act, 2017.
