Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites shareholders to submit claims for cash dividends and share certificates (bonus and right) that remain unclaimed or unpaid. Eligible items are those declared by SSGC and listed on the Company's website (www.ssgc.com.pk) which have remained unclaimed for a period of three years from the date they first became due and payable.
Shareholders must submit their claims within 90 days from the date of this notice by lodging required documentation with the Share Registrar. If valid claims are not received within the stated period, SSGC will proceed to deposit the unclaimed dividends with the Federal Government in accordance with Section 244(2) of the Companies Act, 2017.
