Tender: On-Grid 450 kW Solar System & Net-Metering (AEDB Approved) — PDOHA Karachi

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA), Karachi invites reputed firms registered under Income Tax and Sales Tax, and AEDB-approved for supply, installation, testing, commissioning and net-metering, to submit sealed bids (two-stage: separate technical and financial envelopes) for installation of an on-grid solar system with 450 kW capacity and net-metering.

Tender documents are available from the office of the Director Procurement, DHA Head Office, on submission of a written request and payment of the prescribed non-refundable bid document fee by Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority.

Key conditions: bidders must submit sealed technical and financial proposals as per tender instructions; bids will be evaluated in accordance with procedure specified by PDOHA. Sealed proposals must be delivered by the stated technical bid opening time/place.
