Bank Makramah Ltd. Tender: Procurement of Advertisement Agency Services (Digital & Conventional PR) – Karachi

Bank Makramah Ltd. invites sealed proposals from experienced and qualified advertising agencies for provision of conventional and digital advertising services. The selected agency will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Applicants must have a minimum of five (05) years of relevant experience.

Pre-Bid Discussion via email/call: 2026-07-07 by 17:00. Last Date of Submission: 2026-07-13 by 15:00. Sealed bids must be addressed to Manager Procurement & Administration, Head Office, Ground Floor, Showroom No. 13, COM 3 Mall & Residence Building, Block #5, Clifton, Karachi.

Bid conditions: Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes. Bid validity must be at least 90 days. Bank Makramah Ltd. will not be responsible for any costs incurred in submission. The bank reserves the right to withdraw the RFP/Lot or cancel the bid for any reason and will notify participants accordingly. Bids will be opened upon full quorum of the Quotation Committee.

Mandatory pre-qualification requirements (submit copies):

1. Company profile
2. NTN certificate
3. FBR returns for the last 3 years
4. Copy of CNIC of all Directors/Management
5. Last 3 years audited reports along with 3 years bank statements
6. Details of experience: age of business, business volume & staff strength
7. Technical competence: HR quality & technological expertise & support
8. List of key customers
9. Two relevant references / purchase orders of similar projects (preferably from a financial institution/bank)
10. ISO certification
11. Business continuity plan
12. An undertaking on e-stamp paper of Rs.500/- (duly stamped by the oath commissioner) that the firm is not blacklisted by any Provincial/Federal government or organization and is not a tax defaulter
13. Any other documents as required by Bank Makramah for pre-qualification.
