- Tender form fee: PKR 10,000 (non-refundable), obtainable from the School Office.

- Bid security: 5% of the total tender amount in the form of CDR / Bank Guarantee (refundable for unsuccessful bidders).

- Tender forms must include a complete profile. No bid will be entertained without the required bid security.

Contract period & obligations

- Contracts will be awarded for one (01) year and may be extended for another year with Board of Governors' approval.

- All applicable taxes and utility bills are the responsibility of the successful contractors.

Tender opening & procedure

- Tender opening date: 15 August, 2026 at 11:00 AM.

- Tenders will be opened in the presence of the finance committee and bidders. If opening cannot take place on the scheduled date, it will be re-held after seven days at the same time and place.

- The institution reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning a reason.
