Municipal Committee Muzaffargarh invites e-procurement tenders from PPRA e-Procurement registered engineering firms/contractors with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the relevant category for Financial Year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system and submit bids, documents and bid security electronically via https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required and must be submitted through the e-procurement system (physical CDR/PO/Bank guarantees will not be accepted unless submitted via the e-procurement portal). Performance guarantee will be required as per clause-56 PPRA rules.
After uploading rates online, contractors may attend the Municipal Committee office on the bid retrieval/opening date below; quoted rates/successful bidder will be announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids before acceptance as per PPRA rules.
Submission / Tender Retrieval / Opening: Via Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Contractors may attend the Municipal Committee Muzaffargarh office on 2026-08-26 at 13:00 when bids will be retrieved and announced.
