LWMC Invitation for Pre-Qualification — Vehicle Tracking & Management Services for South Punjab (3-Year Contract)

Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC). Purpose: Pre-qualification of vehicle tracking & management system service providers for the SUTHRA Punjab Authority in the South Region of Punjab for an initial period of three years, extendable for another three years. Joint ventures/consortiums are not permitted.

How to apply: Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD) will be available immediately after publication on the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P) and PPRAn Punjab websites. Pre-qualification and subsequent bidding will be conducted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P). Interested applicants must download the PQD from the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P) website and PPRAn Punjab website free of cost.

- Pre-Submission Meeting: 2026-08-18 at 11:00 hours at the LWMC address specified below.

- Submission Deadline (PQ & relevant documents): 2026-08-27 up to 11:00 hours via Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P).

- Opening of Pre-Qualification submissions on E-P: 2026-08-27 at 11:30 hours.

- The response time will be calculated from the publication of this advertisement on the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P) website.

Eligibility & remarks: Pre-qualification is required prior to bidding. Only applicants who are pre-qualified will be permitted to bid for the subject contract. Applications must be completed and submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P). The responsibility for submission on the E-P system rests with the applicant.
