Public Auction: Lease of Pakistan Railways Godowns (Badami Bagh, Lahore) — Auction 2026-08-20

Issuer: Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Lahore Division. Purpose: Public auction for lease of multiple Railway godowns located at Badami Bagh, Lahore (LHR-SDR). Auction/Submission Date: 2026-08-20. Venue: Committee Room, DS Office, Lahore.

Key auction rules and bidding requirements:

- Sealed bids must be submitted between 10:00 AM and 02:00 PM on the auction date; bids received outside this window will not be entertained. Bids will be opened the same day at the DS Office, Lahore, in the presence of participating bidders or authorized representatives.

- Each godown requires a separate sealed envelope clearly indicating the Godown Number on the outer cover.

- Bidding documents are available from the Office of the Deputy Director, Property & Land, or the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Lahore. Documents may also be downloaded from Pakistan Railways / PPRA websites for reference.

- Participation fee (non-refundable): Rs. 20,000 per godown (to be deposited as CDR in favour of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Lahore or through M.R.).

- Bid security (to be furnished inside each sealed bid envelope as CDR): Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh only) (as stated in the notice).

- Advance Rent Deposit: An amount equivalent to 50% of the Annual Rent quoted by the bidder will be required if selected.

- Each bid must comply with all auction terms and conditions. Existing lessees have the Right of First Refusal, subject to conditions. The Railway reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reason. Governing rules: Railway Property and Land Rules, 2023.
