PKLI Invitation to Bidders — Procurement of Medical Supplies (Lahore)

Issuer: Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI & RC), Lahore. PKLI invites bids from registered vendors/firms (with income tax and sales tax registration) for procurement of medical supplies and related items under applicable PPRA/Punjab procurement rules.

How to obtain documents: Bidding documents are available for download from the PKLI website (https://pkli.org.pk/tenders) and the PPRA website. Tender information is also accessible via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Submission method and deadline: All bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Electronic submission must be completed on or before 2026-08-24 at 11:00 AM (local time). Late submissions will not be accepted.

Bid security and validity: Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of the quoted items, in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order as specified. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening.

Pre-bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-08-10 in the Supply Chain Department conference room at PKLI & RC, Lahore (time: 03:00 PM).

Other important notes: Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procuring agency will not accept hard copies of e-bids; clarification/additional information may be obtained from the Supply Chain Department during office hours (08:30 AM to 05:30 PM). Procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules and Punjab Procurement Regulations (as amended).
