Master's in IT/Computer Science, MIS or Technology Management preferred; professional certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, AWS) advantageous. | Minimum 4 years progressive IT management experience. Manage university IT infrastructure, networks and digital systems. Experience with large-scale or university projects, ERP systems, project management, systems integration; cybersecurity and risk management experience preferred. |

Establish and manage university procurement function with transparent policies. Knowledge of PPRA rules/public sector procurement, e-procurement and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar).
