The Communications & Works Department, C&W Division Dir Upper (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites electronic bids through the E-PAD system (Single Stage Two Envelope) for the construction of RCC Bridge Jankas at Barkot, Dir Upper. Estimated cost is Rs. 13,630,000; PEC category C-2; bid security Rs. 203,800. Post-qualification documents are available on payment of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable).
E-bids must be submitted via the E-PAD system and original call deposit for bid security and tender fee must reach the office before closing. Registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and an affidavit of non-blacklisting are required. Deadline for submission is 20 August 2026 at 12:00 PM; technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Dir Upper.
