PMDC Notice: Six-Month Window for Verification and Renewal of Inactive Medical & Dental Licenses

Issuer: Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC). This public notice calls on all medical and dental practitioners whose PMDC registration/licenses are currently inactive to complete verification and renewal procedures under the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council Act, 2022 and related regulations.

Action required: Inactive registrants must complete the PMDC verification and license renewal process within six (6) months from the date of this notice. The Council has directed affected practitioners to follow the prescribed online verification/renewal process and submit any required documentation within this period.

Special condition: Practitioners who have been continuously out of practice or outside the country for ten (10) years or more will be subject to additional conditions as set out under the PMDC Act, 2022 and related rules before their registration/license can be reactivated.
