Pakistan Railways Invitation to Bid — Multiple DE Locomotive Spares Packages (EPADS)

Pakistan Railways (Chief Controller of Purchase, Headquarters Office, Lahore) invites sealed bids through the Federal Government e-Procurement System (EPADS) for multiple packages of D.E. locomotive spares under Single Stage One/Two Envelopes Procedure (Public Procurement Rules-2004). Eligible manufacturers, registered suppliers/distributors/contractors with valid NTN and listed as active taxpayers may bid. Bids must be submitted via the EPADS e-portal and accompanied by required bid security as per bidding documents. Procurement follows Public Procurement Rules, Regulations and instructions; all documents, specifications and requirements are available on the EPADS portal.

How to apply: Register and submit bids electronically via the EPADS portal (https://epads.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted and e-bids registered on EPADS v2.0 in accordance with the e-Bidding Documents and instructions available on the portal. All bids must include required bid security and comply with documentation requirements stated in the bidding documents.
