Pakistan Railways Invitation to Bid for D.E. Locomotive Spares (Multiple Lots) via ePADS

Issuer: Chief Controller of Purchase, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Lahore. Pakistan Railways invites sealed bids (e-bidding) for multiple lots of D.E. locomotive spares from original manufacturers/distributors/suppliers registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and listed as Active Taxpayers of the Federal Board of Revenue.

Procurement method: Competitive bidding under Single Stage One/Two Envelopes Procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules-2004. Submission and opening of bids are conducted using the e-bidding platform (EPADS v2.0). Bidders must be eligible and properly registered to participate.
