Procuring Agency: DW&CE (DCI), DCI Islamabad (Opposite F-9 Park, Gate No.1, Sector E-10, Islamabad). The office invites pre-qualification applications and bids from firms/contractors for miscellaneous construction works and related consultancy services at DCI Islamabad.
Key instructions:
- Applications for pre-qualification and bidding will be received from 2026-07-08 until 2026-07-22. Bidders enlisted with MES may apply. Firms not enlisted with MES must submit 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the form of CDR or Defence Saving Certificates, pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad.
- Bidding documents will be issued to qualified contractors only. All bids will be opened and evaluated as per the bidding documents. The advertisement and bidding documents are available on the PPRA website: www.ppra.org.pk.
- Sealed bids will be received in the office of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad up to 12:30 hrs on 2026-07-23 and will be opened the same day at 13:00 hrs in the presence of authorized representatives of firms.
