E-Tender Notice — Rehabilitation of Toi Banda Inspection Hut & Visitor Compound | Kohat Forest Division

Divisional Forest Officer, Kohat Forest Division invites e-tenders (EPADs) for construction/procurement works under the project “Rehabilitation of Toi Banda Inspection Hut and Visitor Compound at Kohat Forest Division.” Single Stage – Single Envelope method will be used in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014 (Financial). Bids must be submitted online through the KPPROCURE EPADs portal.

Key submission and eligibility information:

- Submission method: Online through KPPROCURE EPADs portal (https://kpprocure.gov.pk/?/supplier/registration). Only eligible and registered bidders on EPADs may apply.
- Bid opening: E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
- Bid security: As listed above; original CDR in the name of “Divisional Forest Officer, Kohat Forest Division, Kohat” must be submitted as per tender document.
- Required registrations/credentials: KPPRA registration, PEC registration where applicable, active KPRA (tax) registration, and relevant contractor/supplier enlistments and documentation as specified in the bidding documents.
- Other requirements: Documents must be uploaded/submitted via EPADs by the stated deadline. Non-compliant, conditional, or late bids will be rejected. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders per KPPRA rules.
