Pakistan Railways (Chief Controller of Purchase) invites bids through the e-Procurement & Disposal System (ePADS) for multiple lots of D.E. locomotive spare parts. Eligible bidders: original manufacturers, authorized distributors/suppliers/contractors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Procurement will follow Single Stage One/Two Envelope Procedure of Public Procurement Rules-2004. Bidding documents, bid submission and e-bidding are handled online via ePADS. Bid security and other requirements are as specified in each bidding document. Bids will be opened on the dates/times shown below; bidders must register on ePADS and follow e-bidding instructions.
