Pakistan Expatriates Cooperative Housing Society (PECHS) Valencia, Lahore invites reputed and experienced construction firms to pre-qualify as turnkey contractors (including material) for the construction of a seven (07) floor commercial building on a 3.5 Kanal plot on Defence Road, Lahore.
Applicants must submit pre-qualification documents including list of turnkey projects completed in the last five years, details of ongoing projects, available machinery and materials, details of engineers and supervisory staff, a no-litigation certificate on stamp paper, valid PEC registration, NTN/PRA/FBR registrations, and any other supporting documents, along with a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 50,000 in favor of PECHS Ltd. Documents must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 25 July 2026. Tender documents will be issued only to pre-qualified contractors.
