NAB Karachi Notice: Frozen Government Land at Deh Mole, Taluka Thano Bola Khan (Jamshoro)

National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Karachi is conducting an inquiry under the National Accountability Ordinance, 1999 against officers/officials of the Board of Revenue, Taluka Thano Bola Khan, District Jamshoro and others regarding alleged corruption and corrupt practices.

During the inquiry NAB has established that 1338-38.80 acres of government land situated at Deh Mole, Taluka Thano Bola Khan, District Jamshoro was fraudulently and illegally transferred to M/s Bahria Town (Pvt.) Limited, Karachi and is being utilized under Bahria Greens and various precincts (including precinct Nos. 33, 34, 38-40, 42, 42A and 61). NAB Karachi has frozen the above-mentioned land and prohibited any further sale, purchase, transfer, registration of sale deed, entry in record of rights, or creation of charge.
