Public Notice: Review and Correction of Land Records — Taluka Tando Arab Khan, Jamshoro

Issuer: Mukhtiarkar (Revenue), Taluka Tando Arab Khan, under the Board of Revenue, Sindh and Government of Sindh.

Purpose: Review, certification and correction of Record of Rights (RoR) and transfer of land records into a modern computerized land record system under the provisions of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967. The Board of Revenue, Sindh decided to initiate the process in a meeting held on 28 February 2025, and special approval was granted by Board of Revenue Hyderabad (Letter No. Rev-1-MS0/RWBOR/2026/38/11 dated 12-02-2026).

Who may respond: Any person residing in the villages of Taluka Tando Arab Khan (District Jamshoro) who claims ownership, possession, tenancy or any other right in respect of the lands covered by the listed survey/khasra numbers and who has any objection.

How to submit objections: Submit objections to the office of the Mukhtiarkar (Revenue) or the Assistant Settlement Officer within 15 days from the publication of this notice. Appropriate corrections will be made in the land records where required.

After certification: Records will be entered into the computerized land record system. If any person believes the computerized record does not accurately reflect their rights or contains an error, they should report it so the land record remains correct and complete.
