GIK Institute Tender for Supply of Mattresses, Pillows and Covers

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute), Topi, Swabi invites sealed bids under the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure for the supply of mattresses for single beds, ball-fiber white pillows, mattress covers and pillow covers.

Reputed manufacturers/authorized distributors/dealers registered with relevant tax authorities and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayer List may obtain bidding documents from the GIK website or Admin Block Room F-12. Tender fee Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) and 2% earnest money on total bid cost are required. Bids must reach by 1200 Hours on 2026-07-31; proposals will be opened at 1250 Hours the same day.
