Public Notice: Transfer and Renaming of Housing Scheme to MIDLAND SIALKOT in Mouza Ghatto Rorha, Sialkot

The Office of the District Council Sialkot notifies that Zahid Javed s/o Abdul Rasheed has applied for sanction of a housing scheme in Mouza Ghatto Rorha, Tehsil & District Sialkot, comprising 117K-04M-109 Sft. The scheme has been purchased by Mr. Raza Subhani s/o Ch. Abdul Sattar, who has applied for transfer and change of name to MIDLAND SIALKOT. A list of affected khasra numbers is provided in the notice.

Anyone having objections under Rules 41(b) & 44(b) of the Punjab Private Housing Scheme Rules must submit written objections to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice; objections filed after that period will not be entertained.
