Banking Court-II Hyderabad summons defendants in Suit No.125/2026 by House Building Finance Company

The Banking Court-II, Hyderabad has issued a summons in Suit No.125 of 2026 filed by House Building Finance Company Limited (formerly House Building Finance Corporation) under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001. The company claims an outstanding amount of 1522709 against the defendants Mujtaba Soomro son of Abdul Sattar Soomro (CNIC 7228287-3-41408) and Mustafa Soomro son of Abdul Sattar Soomro, residents of Sujawal district.

The defendants are ordered to appear before the court at the District & Sessions Court Building (First Floor), Hyderabad, on 2026-08-19 at 08:30 AM. They may file a written statement within 30 days under the relevant provisions to defend the suit; failure to appear or file a defence may result in decree in favour of the plaintiff and further actions by the bank.
