Punjab Highways Department Tender Notice — Highways Division Nankana Sahib

Punjab Highways Department invites e-tenders from eligible Pakistani Engineering/Contractor firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category. Firms must possess a valid renewed PEC license for the current financial year and must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-tendering system to participate.

Key requirements and conditions:

• Only firms registered with PEC in the relevant category/class are eligible to participate.
• Firms must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-tendering portal and follow the e-tendering procedures.
• Bid security (earnest money) must be submitted in the approved form (Call Deposit/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank) as per PPRA rules.
• As per Clause 37 of PPRA Rules, 2014, bids will be opened online in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
• Tender documents/particulars, estimated costs, earnest money and tender fee details, completion periods and exact submission/opening dates are available on the Punjab e-tendering portal for each advertised package.
• Government reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
