Municipal Committee Muzaffargarh invites online tenders from eligible Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered firms/contractors for multiple Annual Framework Contracts for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system and submit electronic bids and required bid security through the e-procurement portal. Physical bid instruments will not be accepted. The Municipal Committee reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA rules. Performance guarantee and other requirements will apply as per PPRA regulations.

Key instructions: registration on the Punjab e-Procurement system and a valid PEC category/license are mandatory. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be provided through the e-procurement system as prescribed. Tender documents and submission will be through the Punjab e-Procurement portal; bidders should follow the portal procedures and timelines. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids under applicable PPRA rules. Successful bidders will be required to submit performance guarantees as per PPRA clause.
