Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure for infrastructure development works on the Ravi River Right Promenade in Lahore. The works include dual carriageway road construction on the upper promenade, embankments, electrification, drainage, ancillary works and connectivity with the Lahore Eastern Bypass (LEBP). Payment for executed works will be made on a 50% deferred payment basis in accordance with terms and conditions set out in the bidding documents.
