WAPDA Tarbela Power Station E-Bid Notice for White Metal for Turbine Guide Bearing

Issuer: Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA - Tarbela Dam. Invitation for electronic bids (EPADS v2) for supply of White Metal for Turbine Guide Bearing for Tarbela Power Station under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Submission method: Electronic bids must be submitted via the EPADS v2 portal. Manual/hard-copy bid submissions will not be accepted. Bidders not yet registered on EPADS v2 should register on the EPADS portal (registration tutorial available on the portal).

Selection method: Single stage, one-envelope using Least Cost Based Selection in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form(s) specified in the bidding document (Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, etc.). Where bid security is not required, bidders must furnish a Bid Security Declaration as specified. Hard copy (original) of the bid security must reach the Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA, Tarbela prior to or on the bid closing/submission time. Insurance guarantees are not acceptable.
