Key instructions and eligibility highlights:
- Qualifications must be from universities/institutions recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan and, where applicable, Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) or National Computing Education Accreditation Council (NCEAC).
- Foreign qualifications/degrees/certificates require equivalence certificates from HEC and Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) where applicable.
- Only one second class/division in the entire academic career (from matric onwards) is allowed.
- The post is Islamabad-based. Interviews will be conducted at IST, Islamabad only. Age will be calculated on the closing date of applications.
- Ex-armed forces personnel, serving government employees and employees of autonomous organizations must submit attested photocopies of release/retirement orders, Last Pay Certificate (LPC) and NOC (where applicable). Serving employees should apply through proper channel or submit NOC as required.
- Completely filled and duly signed application form along with updated CV and attested photocopies of degrees, transcripts, certificates, experience documents, CNIC, domicile, recent passport-size photograph and other relevant documents should be submitted as instructed on the application form.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be processed. IST reserves the right to reject any or all applications, to withhold the appointment, or to increase/reduce the number of posts as per advertisement terms.
- Last date for receipt of applications: 15 days after publication of this advertisement.
